HOW TO USE
NB-IoT
water meter is used for measuring water flow rate through pipe via wireless
NB-IoT network upload water consumption
The
whole NB-IoT meter reading system consists of ultrasonic water meter, and
monitoring management software. The management center can read and monitor
water meter accumulated water consumption, instantaneous water flowrate info by
NB-IoT network directly.
NB-IoT water meter can configure 3 days to upload for
each month, and in these three days, each day can set 2 time periods to bring
device online, and the user can configure time according
to the need. During online time, management center can read real-time
accumulated water consumption
FUNCTIONS
1.
Adopt industrial level NB-IOT module, SIM card adopts industrial M2M IOT SIM
card

Adopt lithium battery: battery lifetime is more than 8
years, and if
the power is failure, the data can be saved for 30 years

Remotely prepaid function, support 5 tariffs 6 prices, bill calculation
mode can be set as monthly, quarterly or yearly
4. Schedule task to upload and go online : the daily
water consumption of current month and last month, accumulated water
consumption, balance (water quantity) will be uploaded.

two 2 time periods to bring device online: can read the meter in real time when
it goes online.

INSTALLATION
1. The
installation of water meter should meet the installation requirements of
GB/T778.2
2.The caliber of water meter shall be based on the size of the pipeline and
the usual used water flow is no more than common flow of the water meter; and
the installation location shall be avoided insolation, flooding, freezing and
pollution, and convenient for installation, removing and reading data.
3. The sands and stones and other sundries in the
pipeline, such as hemp thread shall be cleaned firstly in case of water meter
breakdown.
4. NB-IoT
water meter should be installed horizontally (display face up).
5. Please leave enough space for repairing, and
installation according to water flow direction on the pipe.
6. Please do
not apply too much force when connecting the NB-IoT water meter and pipe, to
avoid damaging the meter body and leakage.
7. If the
water meter is installed on the inlet of the boiler, shall install check valve
on the outlet of water to prevent the return current of hot water and steam
from damaging the water meter.
