NB-IoT volumetric water meter,simple operation, strong anti-interference ability, low power consumption, residents especially suitable for wireless remote meter control system.
The water meter measures and stores the water consumption of the user, and uploads it to the management software through NB-IoT network. The management software can check the accumulated water amount, battery status, working status and other information of the water meter.
Timed upload
The data of water meter is uploaded once a day by default, and the management center can configure the starting time of uploading according to needs.
Parameter reading and setting
Parameter inquiry and setting can be carried out through preset command on the management system or handheld unit APP. Water meter reporting parameters and alarm parameters can be set, and daily consumption data of at least 6 months and consumption data of the last 24 months can be inquired.

Preparation before installation
1. When the management center installs management software and use NB-IoT to communicate, the computer used by the management center needs to have Internet access.
2. Create a file for the water meter with its ex-factory number. For details, please refer to the ID number and IMEI number on the water meter.
3. Commissioning and launching of water meter: After long pressing the button for water meter, the indicator light flashes three times to indicate that the water meter responds successfully. The water meter will automatically connect to NB-IoT network for data uploading.
Attention:
1. The water meter can be installed at any place with NB-IoT network coverage. The signal value can be checked on the management software and it is not recommended to install the meter in a position with a signal reception sensitivity (RSRP) below -115dbM.
2. Water meter installation should be complied with GB/T778.2 installation requirements
3. It is recommended to install a filter in front of the water meter and install a valve in front of the filter to facilitate maintenance and cleaning of the filter.
4. Wash the pipe before installation to avoid threads, tones or other sundries in the pipeline from causing malfunction of the meter.
5. Do not pull, rotate or touch the internal parts of the pipeline during installation to avoid bumping against the body of the water meter.
6. Please leave enough space for repairing, and install according to the water flow direction on the pipe.
7. When the water meter and the pipe are connected, the force isn’t to be too large, so as not to damage the surface body of water meter, causing water leakage.
8. Do not hit the surface body of water meter or cause strong vibration during the installation process, so as not to damage the equipment.
