HOW TO USE
User pays at the management office, and staff charge the gas
meter via the software or mobile APP or GPRS network or local bluetooth. After
the gas meter receives the charged credit, it will open valve and start gas
power supply.
Gas company can realize remote meter-reading without accessing
the customer premises and on-demand valve closing and permission for safety
manual opening valve control and it also compatible with local
bluetooth communication.
It enables to keep your customer loyal and
supports “always on time” payments.
FUNCTIONS
FQ-W smart gas
meter is used for measuring the gas flow in the pipe and it is
multi-tariff smart gas meter, with GPRS remote prepayment and GPRS wireless remote meter-reading and valve control
function, and also compatible with local Bluetooth communication, especially
suitable for household wireless remote prepayment gas meter reading and control
system.
Gas meter has prepaid
function, after the fee charge, the management operator will input the charged
gas amount to the gas meter through GSM/GPRS network, then the gas meter open
the valve to supply gas. In the process of usage, the gas meter automatically
subtract the purchased amount according to the gas price, and the gas meter
will automatically close valve to stop gas supply when the gas amount used up,
users need to charge again to open valve to get gas supply again.
This gas meter can be set with 5 demarcation
points and generate 6 different
prices (at maximum). If the gas power consumption of the present month doesn’t
exceed demarcation point 1, then it will subtract the credit according to price
1; and if exceeds demarcation point 1, then it will subtract the credit
according to price 2; and if exceeds demarcation point 2, then it will subtract
the credit according to price 3; and if exceeds demarcation point 3, then it
will subtract the credit according to price 4; and if exceeds demarcation point
4, then it will subtract the credit according to price 5; and if exceeds
demarcation point 5, then it will subtract the credit according to price 6.

INSTALLATION
1) The installation shall be done by the professional person of Gas Power Company, and shall be installed according to the requirement for management of city gas engineering.
2) The gas meters are forbidden to be installed in the bedroom, bathroom and the place where there are flammable, explosive and dangerous goods.
3) The gas meter shall be installed in the good aeration place, and shall be convenient for reading, observation and overhaul.
4) The gas meter shall be installed vertically, cannot slant, and the vertical missing should be less than 1mm, the distance between gas meter and gas stove should be more than 300mm.
5)
Open wire, concealed wire or power socket can not be installed near the gas
pipe, and the distance between them should be more than 300mm. Electric wire or
electrical equipment can not be installed within 500mm of gas meter.
6)
Pay attention to the direction of gas meter inlet and outlet, and choose the
right gas meter, it cannot be installed reversely.
7)
Joint is end face seal, screw thread is forbidden to be filled with any sealing
objects.
8)
After the installation is finished, the gas meter should be tested for tightness.
And it can be used only after qualified. Before inflaming, all the air in the
gas meter and pipeline
should be discharged .
9) The installation place of gas meter should be far from the electrical appliance, such as air condition compressor, electromagnetic oven, and also should avoid to be installed inside of metal box and avoid to be surrounded by metal things
