HOW TO USE
This smart water meter is separate structure, composed by Internal Unit (IU) and External Unit (EU). Installed in a convenient place inside house, IU communicate with EU by wireless radio way. IU works as the user’s interface and displays relevant information, EU works as the measurement device, to measure water flow and communicate with IU.
There is a microcomputer inside IU, which can set 7 tariffs, and 8 tariff price. Customers purchase credit at vending points and upload credits by swiping his IC card on the induction area of IU. IU will load signal to EU to active valve automatically
to supply water. EU calculates consumed water volume
and also give feedback signal and records to IU, when credits are used up, EU
will close valve to stop water supply.

INSTALLATION
Install the EU on water pipeline and the IU in a convenient place, the better distance between EU and IU shall be within 100m (Visual Range) and no need of other wire between EU and IU.
1) The installation of water meter shall conform to the installation requirements of ISO4064-2.
2)
The caliber of water meter shall be based on the size of the pipeline and the
usual used water flow is no more than common flow of the water meter; and the
installation location shall be avoided insolation, flooding, freezing and
pollution, and convenient for installation, removing and reading data.
3) The water meter shall be installed horizontally (display surface is upward).
4) The sands and stones and other sundries in the pipelines shall be cleared.
5) The arrow on the water meter should be the same as the water flow in the pipeline.
6)
If the water meter is installed on the inlet of the boiler, shall install check
valve on the outlet of water to prevent the return current of hot water and
steam from damaging the water meter.
7)
When connect EU with pipeline, please do not force too much, and keep water meter
horizontal from damaging.

MAIN TECHNIQUES
1) Contactless IC card (RF card) technique: adopt our company’s patent technique of RF card, transmitting data by wireless way, waterproof, moisture-proof and anti-attack.
2) Electric floating ball valve technique: adopt electric ball valve technique, work reliably and lower loss of pressure.
3) Totally sealed design: all the circuits are sealed by high performance casting glue, so there is no exposed electrode, and can be used in moist environment.
4) Anti-attack of strong electricity or magnetism: water meter will close valve automatically when being attacked by strong electricity or magnetism.
